For lunch, we invite you to the botanic gardens of El Albergue to taste a “Pachamanca,” a traditional meal very representative of the Peruvian Andes. It consists of cooking different ingredients underground with hot stones, earth, and herbs, a millenary technique that dates back to pre-Incan cultures in the fifth century. Witnessing a Pachamanca is a unique culinary experience.
At Ollantaytambo station, board a luxury train for an unforgettable journey through the amazing landscapes that take you to Machu Picchu town.
