This experience takes you to the farm of his hotel, where you will be immersed in food and cooking traditions, including essential products of the Peruvian highlands. Visit the farm and learn about local vegetables and herbs. See the guinea pigs, rodents native to this area and the primary guest in local feasts.
Familiarize yourself with the production processes of a good coffee. Brought from Europe in the eighteenth century, coffee grows in the high jungle of our country and has been recognized as one of the best worldwide. Learn how to roast the seeds and take home beans full of aroma and flavor.
Visit the distillery and prepare your own “Andean Elixir”, using the best cane distillate of Peru and herbs that you will pick yourself from the garden. It is worth mentioning that a whiskey made from Jora grains is produced here, the only one of its kind in the world.
