She will accompany you for two days on a journey for the soul, giving wellness to your spirit and delighting you with healthy food.
Start the day by opening your heart with a sound healing circle. With crystal bowls and ancient Peruvian musical instruments, align your chakras and body energy.
Connect with yourself through the practice of ashtanga yoga, a class assisted by our beautiful teacher and hostess.
After a healthy lunch, you will take part in a temazcal, a therapeutic ritual of heat and steam, inspired by the ancient pre-Hispanic practices of traditional medicine, which will leave you in a deep state of peace, introspection, and purification.
We close the day’s circle with a flower and medicinal plant bath.
We begin the morning with a guided meditation, which aims to reduce stress levels and modify your emotions by achieving a deep state of relaxation.
Continue enjoying the energy of the Sacred Valley of the Incas with an ashtanga yoga class with Melinda.
Then, participate in a healthy food workshop. Learn about local ingredients and their properties. Finally, enjoy the flavors of the healthy food of the Andes and the nourishment that, during these two days, you gave to your soul.

Our experiences are designed considering the least possible exposure, where the final destinations are usually remote places. By their very nature, our adventure activities are considered to be low risk, mainly because they are performed outdoors where ventilation is constant and making it easy to achieve social distancing.
During these times we are working together with a small staff of honorable people who have been part of the Terra Explorer family for many years. They and their families are aligned with the established health and safety measures. Employing these staff members also seeks to reactivate the local economy.
