Alan Abril

Alan was born and raised in the city of Cusco.  

Here he formed part of a white water rafting training academy and since then has worked with a variety of  adventure travel companies, gradually attaining a proficient and well-grounded experience and style,  which in turn has led him to rafting and running a variety of rivers in different parts of Peru and South America.

Alan, who is fluent in English as well as Spanish, has a down to earth sense of humor and an easy going, gentle nature.

Alan is not only efficient in rafting, but also in leading trekking adventures.  His spiritual nature and knowledge of his homeland is evident when touring with this young man.

Certified by World Rescue Group IRIA, as well as First Aid and CPR, Alan is presently a member of the Terra Explorer Peru team.
